"Having purchased multiple vehicles and motorcycles the last several years, I can without a doubt say that Barnett provided the best purchase and service process I have encountered. The terms 'car salesman' and 'pressured to buy' are typically synonymous. Not with Barnett - at least the folks I work with including Trevor (salesman), Tim (sales manager), and Leon (business manager/finance). I was upfront with all three on my initial intentions and simply asked that they work with me through the process without pressure, whether it was going to be a week, a month, or a year until I made a decision. Not one time did I feel pressured or annoyed, which in my opinion, is atypical of the car buying experience. Their reward was a fairly quick and valuable sale!

"I am completely impressed with the service I received at Barnett Kia. From the moment I submitted my request online, there were sales agents in touch with me via e-mail. Once I made a tentative decision, I was contacted by Guy, and he remained my point of contact. I made an appointment, and came in to look at Kia Souls. I was happy with Guy's knowledge of the vehicles, and his ability to provide pros and cons of certain models of the Soul that would or wouldn't suit my wants was great. In the end I decided on a Soul, put in a down payment, and was to come in the next night to pick up the vehicle...well, I changed my mind the next day, and thought this might cause a problem...but to quite the contrary, it did not...I was able to get everything done via e-mail, and picked up my new vehicle. I can not say enough how IMPRESSED I am with the service I received. Justin was sure to make sure I understood all of the financing details, including the extended warranty. Even though I am 30 years old, this is the FIRST time I have ever gone into a dealership alone to make a purchase, and I am glad I chose Barnett to do so. On top of all of the excellent service I received during the purchasing process, I noticed while driving my new vehicle home that there was a crack in one of the mirrors. I notified Guy the next morning, and voila...a new mirror is on the way, and will be installed when I come pick up my license plates...WOW...you guys are absolutely incredible...and you definitely have a customer for LIFE!!"

I knew I was going to buy within the week or the month at the latest. Justin in the finance dept worked with me to arrange how much down to get the payment I wanted every month. Mike Barnett was very nice to do a soft pull on my credit until I was ready to pick a car before he ran my credit officially. I just thought it was a great experience all around.
